Major light Herjeskjæret Fl (2) WRG 10s. Herjeskjæret  major light was erected in 1913. The light was important both for sailing in and out of the Langfjord, but also for the crossing Åfarnes-Sølsnes. The small iron cast shed was placed on a top of a cairn. The light was from a kerosine oil burner. Beside the cairn railings are put up to make it easier to carry the barrels of kerosine. Today the light is electric.
