The light was put on a 3,6 m hight pole. A guardian shed was built in 1872 and with building of a proper house and garden in 1903 a lighthouse keeper could move in with his family. The lighthouse got eletricity in 1928. In 1959 the lighthouse demanned at automatic. The light was replaced by a major light on a concrete substructure. All the buildings was taken down and sold on the private market
