Mooring point mounted in a concrete base. A paint mark right beside the bolt, painted on the concrete. Erected in 1920. Løvik harbour was used as a mooring facility for the Lighthouse Authorities. Vessels such as Utvær, Færder and Oksøy, used to inspect and maintain lighthouses all along the Norwegian coast, were moored over the winter.
