Collapsed rubble mound, former paint mark

Collapsed rubble mound with traces of paint. The mound has previously been visible for boats sailing south. The pounding of the waves has disturbed it and carried the stones away with the ground swell. The actual stone with the painted dot lies at the water’s edge. The traces of the painted circle are visible on several of the stones. Lies on a low rocky reef, right on the high-water mark. From a boat, the paint marks make it easier to find the nearby mooring point.

Samanrasa røys med malingsmerke. Røysa har tidlegare vore synleg for båtar som kjem frå N. Røysa er skada av sjøen og det har rast utover og ført med sjøen. Steinen med prikken ligg lenger nede. Restar av malingsringen på fleire av steinane. Ligg på eit lavt ned rett ved flomålet. Røysa ligg omlag 4 m S for T-bolt
