Burial mound Ulstein

Burial mound with an open coffin. The mound has a diameter of 24 m and is up to 2 m high. In the northern end a small part of the original mound remains. Here you can see a stone coffin 2 m long, 0.5 m wide and 0.4 m deep. The archeologist Per Fett carried out a dig here in 1957 and found bone remnants of the buried person
